Chelsea are set to submit first offer for Caicedo as they look to submit a strong offer for Brighton to consider at first,reports says £70m+£10m would be enough to get him,so Chelsea are prepared to go close with good payment structures.
Apart from the Ecuadorian,Chelsea are looking at a new midfielder in Ryan Cherki of Lyon and Florian Wirtz of Bayer Leverkusen,these are number 10s.
Gabi Veiga is also a number 8 that Chelsea are looking to buy,although he has a release of €34.5M so it makes his own deal more achievable.
The focus is on Moises Caicedo before Chelsea decides between Wirtz,Veiga and Cherki.Althogh it seems it will be Caicedo,Veiga and one of the new targets.
