Romeo Lavia is set to be sidelined for 6-8 weeks after suffering a tear in his ligament in training last week,Romeo joined from Southampton for a fee of £58m and is yet to play for the blues due to match fitness,he has been working on his fitness and was set to be part of action after the international break but has now suffered a setback that will rule him out till November. According to our sources in the medical team,we are told that “At the moment the estimated timescale is around 8 weeks but it could go down if the swelling heals”,so it’s a good News considering the timescale.

Another player who looks like he has suffered a set back is Carney Chukwuemeka, although it’s unclear what his setback looks like right now but we are told his comeback might be delayed for another 3-5 weeks after the club originally metioned 6 weeks earlier,so we are looking at a combined weeks of 6-10 weeks for the England international.

Mykaihlo Mudryk is another player who suffered a minor calf injury during the match against England in the Euros qualifiers but we are told he is now okay and will be part of the squad to face Italy tomorrow in Milan.
